Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how MTC SHOP delivers orders.

Delivery area
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom only. We do not ship to the EU or internationally at this time. If you are outside the UK, please contact us at online@memogroup.co.uk for a trade quote.

Pallet delivery and charges
Our products are supplied and shipped by the pallet. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £75 per pallet, calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of pallets in your order (for example, 1 pallet = £75, 10 pallets = £750). Online orders are supported up to 100 pallets. For larger volumes, please contact us at online@memogroup.co.uk for a trade quote.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery to mainland UK addresses usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch via our pallet courier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery requirements
Pallet deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure someone is available to receive and check the delivery, and that the delivery address is accessible for pallet/freight vehicles. Inspect goods on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver where possible.

Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at online@memogroup.co.uk with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
