Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how MTC SHOP delivers orders. MTC SHOP is operated by Midland Tissue Company Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Delivery area
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the EU or the rest of the world. If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us at online@memogroup.co.uk for a trade quote.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free of charge on all orders to mainland UK addresses. There is no minimum order value and no per-pallet charge. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery times
Delivery to mainland UK addresses usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch via our pallet courier. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How we deliver
Our products are supplied and shipped by the pallet. Deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise arranged in advance. Please ensure that:

  • someone is available to receive and check the delivery;
  • the delivery address is accessible to pallet and freight vehicles.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is inaccessible or nobody is available to receive it, we may need to arrange redelivery.

Large orders
Online orders are supported up to 100 pallets. For larger volumes, please contact us at online@memogroup.co.uk for a trade quote.

Damaged or missing deliveries
Please inspect your goods on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver where possible. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at online@memogroup.co.uk with your order number and photos where available, and we will resolve it promptly.
