Products and pricing
We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and, where applicable, indicate whether they include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and product availability without notice. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the goods supplied.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if goods are unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer.

Trade customers
Where you purchase as a business, our trade terms apply and certain consumer protections do not apply. Please contact us for our trade account terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
