What premium grade buys you

Higher wet strength means the roll holds together when saturated rather than shredding mid-wipe — which matters when someone is clearing a spill on a busy prep bench. Lower linting matters on food-contact surfaces and anywhere paper fibres would be a contamination concern. For high-volume kitchens, premium usually works out cheaper per wipe despite the higher case price, because you use fewer sheets per job.
